Renegade????

I pulled my 25p renegade off the motor today and put my brand new 28p raker on........I noticed the plastic ring on the front of the renegade that is there I assume to reduce the amount of exhuast flowing over the hub of the prop.......what will it do if I leave it off next time I put that prop back on? Will it just cause to much cavitation?

I will let more of the exhaust into the blades and slip more,,,
I bet that raker works bette for ya ,, dont it?

The folks at DAH have a solution for that plastic sleeve problem. I had my 25 Renegade worked on by them and after their mods they suggest trying it without the sleeve.
