F1 has the best champion determining system. They just changed to rule to give the title to the driver who wins the most races. Points only count for ties.
Great system.

:iagree:
Tactics and team orders ruins the sport. This will correct that.

I just got my Lotus club magazine in the mail. Back in the 60's, in the Lotus glory days, they only counted the driver's best 6 races.
I also read that the weinies were thinking of backing off the win races = win championship system.

FOTA over ruled the idiot midget, refueling ban is next year. The sooner Bernie and Max die in a horrible flaming plane crash into an active volcano the better off F1 will be.

I sure wouldn't have bet on Braun a week ago -- a 1,2 finish.
Bet Jenson as a happy camper!

Honda won exactly nothing, sold the team, and voila, a 1-2 finish. The challenge against the diffuser was rejected. Does everyone else copy it and show up fast at the next race?

Rubens said his diffuser was knocked loose or off or whatever in the first corner so I'd like to see how much difference it really makes.
I got home from a trade show just in time to see the interviews and I was clueless as to who was on the podium lol...no red or silver lol.

Jenson Button, two in a row. The whole finishing order is upside down. Cool.

I bet 3-1 $30 that anyone but Button would win. What the h3ll! Who would have thought that was dumb bet.
I know we're only 2 (1.5?) races in, but this is going to be a great season!

The finishing order is still inverted from last year. China results:
Red Bull 1, 2
Brawn (ex Honda) 3, 4
McLaren 5, 6
Ferrari out of points

So far this has been a VERY entertaining season to watch. I don't really know who to cheer for lol. Watching Hamilton charge through the field twice then keep falling off the track was amazing. The Red Bulls have it in the rain it seems...which became evident last race before it was red flagged but proven today.
Does it rain in Bahrain?? :)

It does not rain in Bahrain often
Bahrain receives a very low amount of rainfall which is 72 millimeters per year) and in which mostly falls down during the short winter.
