Whats Do They Do To 200's That Gives Them More Power Than A 150[or Even 225 Promax]

225 Pro max are 14 petal front half motors.They also have a larger exhaust opening and the vapor path in the rod slot areas are more free flowing...I'm sure the fuel curve is upped to take care of the increase HP..They also have 1 1/2 MM rings and most 150 and 200's are 2 MM..

both engines and would like to upgrade the 150.

Nope, buying a 150 and modifying it to 200 is more expensive than just buying a 200.

Port timing , carbs and exhaust tuner, the 150 has idle releif slots in the exhaust port and in many cases the 200 might not have them
