Jeff Hagg drove in yesterday with his latest 21 Trick and we put it on the water. It's headed to Kuwait today but we put it in the water and made a few passes. Absolutely beautiful boat. Here are a few pics of Jeff and Bob Owens ripping up the water. Nice ride!

It was my first time in a 21 Trick and I was impressed with the performance with a single. The boat seemed to be balanced perfect . Thanks Jeff and Lee for the pointers on how to drive the boat. It was a great day on the lake. Hope to do it again tommrrow. 80 degrees. Whoooo!!!!! Bob

What kind of speeds were you seeing? I read an article on it and it said it takes a little getting use to but I'm thinking not. GREAT looking boat thanks for the post. I'm almost afraid to ask but as we see it what kind of price tag goes on one of those ???

Nice pics Lee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The boat really looks nice.
I bet u had a blast yesterday........
I have about 60 hours in these boats and they are easy to drive once you get some seat time.
They are very stable and fun to drive.
They handle great and ride good in the chop.

The motor is brand new and still in break in mode. We were seeing speeds in the mid 90's running a 4 blade ET 30. It could easily swing a 32.

It had smartcraft guages. The speedo was not programed, but typically his 21s' with the 300xs was 105. If I remember correctly one boat ran 108 stock.I could get used to it. Air entrapment is facinating. As the hull accelerates from plane the hull is trying to break free from the water. The hop is easy to eliminate buy accelerating from plane buy running in a very gradual turn. Then somewhere around 50 the hull is trying to break free of the water. A quick snatch of the wheel and the hull breaks free then hold on. From 50 to wot the hull accelerates like a rocket. I think I will get one to play with. With a little seat time anyone should be able to master it. Lee had one before and still talks about it fondly all the time. Get you one Chris!!! Bob

Good explanation! I really really like all the trick boats!! The interiors are sweet and look heavy duty for years of wear. How good does the wind screen deflect the air? I think with a 300 there around 50-60 new all set up ready to play arnt they? The fastest one ive hear of is 110 stock that ones over in Finland or something? colder water and air temps.

Whipper, I was really impressed with the interior. I thought the hull would have less freeboard. I am 6'2" 220 and felt that I was in the boat not on the boat and the windscreen was fine for me. You are right on the prices. I am sure Lee will post the video he shot. It was unreal. The running shots from the top of the cowl were rock steady. You could easily get 108 lightining up the package and I think the Fins ran 114. Bob

Nice boat and great photos too!
Thanks for the lens help!
The video may be some of the coolest stuff we've shot on a boat. We had these lipstick cameras all over that thing shooting inside the tunnel, down the side, on the back looking at the lower and prop, up close watching my face whip in the wind like a sheet...lol...it's actually pretty cool stuff. I'm headed out of town for a while so it will be about two weeks until it's ready. You'll like it.:D We watched it on the big screen and jeff about wet himself.
