Ok, I have the chance to pick up a bullet with a sst60 motor Or "One That Has The Specs Of The Sst60" that was made somewhere in nj by sharkey marine (i know iv seen sharkey on here) the guy dont have the title nor do i know if they ever put vins or gave titles out for these boats, so im wondering if anyone from nj knows how and if i would be able to register this boat, what would i have to do or get from the current owner to do so. Thanks In Advance.

NJ MVS is a real pain. Without a signed title and notarzied bill of sale, it's no deal. Previous registration card is helpful. Without them, you call the Trenton # and ask for their application for new title. You get a stack of paperwork that no one can complete. MartyD

If he has no Vins on it, how does the owner know for sure it is one of my boats?
My Vins started with: SHR
Bullet Boats Inc. started with BUL

nice the bullet i want to get has the evinrude 70 on it like i told you thats why i really want to get it but idk what to do its got nothing no title no registration no vins so how would some one find out if it was hot, i highly doubt that, idk what to do, do you think it would be to hard to register it as homemade sharkey?
