Hello all. Just bought my first boat and this looked like a good forum to join to learn some stuff about boats.

It's not much but I think it'll be a good starter boat for me.

Welcome to S&F! I think a Buick grand National motor would work fine in her. A 4.6 Cobra Motor Also with a AT309 race grate with a snoot and place diverter.

Welcome to S&F... and that's a cool 1st boat. If it has the V-6 you'll be in for a ton of fun!!!

Here's "one" of the funnest things you can do that ordinary boats can't:

Throw it in reverse at WOT, it'll definately get your passengers soaked!!!

That's not my garage (it belongs to the guy I bought it from), I have it in my 1 car garage in Florida and I'm stuck up here in crappy snowy PA for now.

Whipper, I'm not sure what you said other than Buick grand National motor & Cobra motor. Geez I have a lot to learn about boats.
