would a jack plate increase the performance of my 93 malibu flightcraft with a 200 mariner??

yes. you can raise the motor and reduce LU drag. im assuming by preformance you mean speed. you can gain as much as 10 mph with a jp. but if you raise the motor too high you'll run into low water pressure and over heating motor. then you'll need low waterpick up forthe LU. to get the extra speed you'l also need a larger prop and thus ski quality suffers. i've been ridding that thin line for too long to say.

What kind of speed are you getting out of it? I am thinking of buying a flightcraft hull only from a buddy.

i gps the boat at 63 thats with a 25 pitch 3 blade prop

I think 6" setback would be fine. As far as how high you can go your best to add a water pressure gauge. This will tell you if you get it too high.
