I have all the internals from a 1981 115 Evinrude will these fit into a 1975 85 evinrude block ?? Thanks

Two things may be different on the 1975 85hp, the middle bearing diameter may be smaller and the bores on the cylinders may also be smaller you will have to check these two things.

Porting may also be different on the 85hp engine.

You are out of luck on all counts. Crank won't fit, nor will the pistons. The 85 hp model is only 92 cubic inches back in those days. The pistons are smaller. The blocks standardized on 99 cubic inches in 1979.
