My guess is a Glassmagic, but have never seen this model.
Boat has a transom build up to 20", appears to have been repainted, has no logo on the sides, transom, dash (that I can see from a distance). Nothing to distinguish it, but may have been removed if it has been painted. Red stripe 1350 obviously not the first engine.
