LakeTrash's big bad Warlock!
this big boat flat out moves! Some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. This Warlock has two Merc 300's, now ya gotta know they suck down some fossil fuel...the boat was rarely at the pier. If it wasn't loaded with smiling Rumble attendes it was filled with Make a Wish Kids! Thanks Guys for the ride, what a boat, what great owners!!

Scott ~

The pretty 18 Mirage at the top you posted belongs to a really nice guy named Kelley from Lafayette LA, and the other belongs to fine Heitger family from Ohio (ModVP22)

Please don't tell me you didn't get a chance to go out in one? Brad had Kathy out Saturday (in the big red one) while I was playing on the KY River in the Hydrostream of Jim Contzen. (My first time ever "Streamin'" Thanks Jim!)

I sure hope you got a ride too Scott!?

While out in the Stream getting gas, we bumped into your other daughter with Sleekster and his girls in his very pretty Sleekcraft! Sleekster went to shake hands with my driver (thinking it was Brad) and without hesitation I said:

"Oh no, that isn't Brad, that's Jim -- Brad's out with Scott's wife. We swapped spouses today!"

Then I realized the full extent of what I had just said! WHOOOPS! LOL!

But we sure did have a great time. Brad put the inner tube out for your kids and our kids and pulled them around for awhile. They had a great time.

Some other highlights:

*The guy who took me up in the airplane for the group shot -- NICE guy! Dick Meyers = THANK YOU!

*The band was just terrific - I'm so proud of these guys!

* Ken and Barb were just super and put up with our kids under the big tent all weekend. I had to miss most of the auction because one of the boys had to "Go" and the potties were all the way at the other end of the park. But what I saw Ken did a SUPERB job as auctioneer! WAY TO GO KEN!

As far as where the Rumble band plays next year, maybe they could play Friday at the Tiki bar... and get to spend the rest of the weekend playing in boats with everyone else? Maybe? :) Sure hate knowing some of them never got in the water all weekend long.

Another note: if the band plays at the Pavillion down below next year, there will be NOBODY at the bar...they'll all come down below -- YOU GUYS ROCK! The only reason the crowd at the bar didn't get big until 10pm is because everyone was still at the auction listening to you all from a distance -- in fact, they stopped the auction so we could get up there before we missed the concert entirely!!

I know I'm missing a bunch more highlights -- I'll post them as I remember them!

PS - I did want to thank the truly fine folks invovled with my surprise Birthday Dinner on Friday --- that was too special and touched me deep! Thank you so much all of you!
-- That's where I got my "BAD KITTY" tank top ;) Thank you Brad.

Can't wait for next year.
We gained a BUNCH more family members last weekend. :)

Glad ya posted here. I would be remiss if I did'nt thank you for feeding my Nicholas! I owe you guys a dinner next we meet! Serriously It would be great to have dinner somewhere! Your boys couldn't be cuter or more polite! I was so glad Nick and Cass had someone to play with! I hated to take them away Sunday. When we left....Cassidy yelled to them "We'll be back"...I did'nt have the heart to tell her..."next year" and Thank Brad for haulin the balance of my family all over the river! I guess I really owe you dinner and a tank of gas! You and Brad are the best! With your background and Brads I always felt that you were leaders in the sport, after meeting you both, the sport could not be in better hands! Thank you so much!

Scott,
Tom here, aka MODVP22, thanks for the wonderful compliments on our 22 Mirage Trinity. I spend a LOT of time on it to keep it looking so pretty. I can't take all the credit, must say Brad Collins picked the colors and grahpics for it when he built it. Next time, yell at me or something and we'll go for a ride...hopefully it runs better than it did at the rumble this year.

If you would like...send me an address and I'll send ya a copy of the disk, 127 pics!
