Even though Firewater was cancelled, does anybody want to still cruise the Chain of Lakes on Aug 16, 2002? I know a few of the racers at Blarney's are willing to meet that day.

WHOA WHOA WHOA....FIREWATER HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED!!! We are just not doing the Poker Run on Friday. The Blarney Island Drags are Thursday as usual and the Speed Runs are on Saturday as usual. There will be some of us cruising the Chain on Friday, but there will not be a poker run. However, the other events are going on as planned and there are people coming in from out of town to take part.

There will be well over 100 boats there on Saturday. We've had as many as 220 over the years - it's an awesome way to see a lot of cool boats up close. Anchor it on some of the best sandy bottom in the Midwest and walk around. Bikini Contest, food, drinks, friends, a GREAT TIME.

somewhere. The speed runs will still be at Kosh on Saturday. People start rolling in Saturday and Sunday for Balz to the Wall up here in Fon Du Lac, Oshkosh, and the Wolf River in Fremont, along with Kiel for a fryout, swap meet, and charity auction. Go here for details:

Sorry,for the wrong info.I heard that kosh wasn't happing.I guess it was a rumor.What time and where are people meeting to tear up the chain.Congrats to Bob Albee at the rumble(good to see a northern boy kick ass.)
