why didn't this guy do the trailer too??

At the Southern California Speedboat Clubs roundy round races this past weekend they also had a little show and shine. I saw this sweet 100% restored old woody. Everything on this boat was perfect. It looked brand new. Now they just had to have had it off the trailer at one point. Why oh why didn't they give the trailer at least a coat of paint?
