Did Mercury Stop Production On 300 Opti ??

I just got some second hand info , was told Mercury stopped production on 300 Opti for a month , is that true ? Was told because the economy is in the Toilet .

I haven't heard anything about that, but even if they did it won't affect supply :)

Mercury racing engines are hand built to order , not built and put in sales bank .

on their 300xs on their website last night and it didn't show anything bigger than the 250 except the Verado's.
I googled it and it took me there but not sure why.
