I'm clueless to the finger pointing going on in this thread, I got lost in all that. Maybe another thread should be started for that subject. ANYWAY, I don't think any of these boats are retarded and no one should say they are. They my look pointless and serve no purpose to u, me, or the boating world. These guys were and are out to build something they think is cool. You may not share the vision but Mad props to that. I never did anything like that have any of you? Well maybe so but you should not judge either way. I went to high school with a kid that made a boat out of an old john deere snowmoblie turned the motor side ways it was an inboard. Steered it with a rudder cable driven off the handle bars. It took alot of time and in my opinion was pointless. Except for the experience and journey to see if it could be done. It was a cool little project didnt work that well but it floated and drove. So hell ya to imagination and initive.

That segment on top gear was really cool, TVR truck and that connoe way cool

I've never heard of one powered by a jet.
