I don't want to start anything up but I was watching this video on Extreme Marine (Phil showed me this a while back it has been posted on here already) and I happened to glance at the comments that were made. These comments that some of these guys made really upset me especially that they are posted on a great video. How could people talk like this and wish death upon us. Read wadebucks comments. Seriously I guess there really are ignorant, stupid people in this world, maybe he should get up off his lazy, probably drunken stupid butt and do something with his life instead of bad mouthing people who have a life. He is from Canada where boat racing thrives and is their way of life and he speaks that way how dare he insult Canadians like that. Sorry just had to vent. My blood pressure just hit ceiling......

Don't let it effect you too much Sue, there are idiots all over youtube looking to start something just by taking a controversial viewpoint on ANY subject. Mostly greenfreaks that really only want enough solar power to run their computer and the grow light for their hydroponic pot.

people who comment on youtube and are just trolls that don't have the balls to say it to the person. Same way with people that sign up on here with no profile information just to start crap or make smartass comments. You think they would ever go to an event and say who they are? hell no.

I know I shouldn't let it get to me but it does. Here I am watching this video that I just happen to come across (with the thought about the day I walked into Phil's shop and he said to me Sue check out this video before we start to work, it is still on his computer) then I happen to glance down (normally I don't ever read comments) and that comment is the 1st thing I read, I think I saw stars.....it reminded me of those other morons from airmans thread, I really can't believe there are such stupid ignorant people in this world.

roughly 45% of the population of the US and growing... :nonod:

It makes me sick too, but I try to stick my head in the sand and hope it all goes away.

ed zackery, trolls just want a rise out of you, ignore them.

I got some pretty funny comments and emails about some of my youtube video's of my son driving a commercial lawn mower around at 1.5 years.

Guess what, he prolly had a better grasp on what he was doing then some of the day labor that crosses the border. Further the blades were off and the mower was on idle speed.....

The point is someone somewhere is always going to be a jackass no matter what you post. The beauty of the e-thuggin' internet.

Ok I read your comments and never laughed so hard in my life, that was GREAT!!!.
He should really learn to control what he says especially at his age....they were hurtful remarks. I feel bad that at the age of 83 he could harbor such resentment for a sport he hasn't any knowledge about. I felt bad when I found out he was 83 but he said some pretty bad things.

hes not 83, hes likely 12. 83 year olds don't subscribe to PotTV or radiohead. :nonod:

I went and posted also, because I am a dual citizen and I live on the border. I love it when kids that couldn't afford the gas to run a boat sit there on a computer their mom or dad bought type things such as this to act as though they are big and tuff.
I for one hate to admit it, but when I was in collage at the young age of 39 I had a smart___AS$ of 19 years of age try to tell me what life is like, and during his rant he stated how American troops were killing babies, well he made a bad choice in people to say this to being I am a Vet and never killed a baby, and as I tried to talk he keept up his rant and wouldn't letme talk, so I did what I needed to, I took control of the sittuation and he ended up shutting up after a mouth full of knuckles made him shut up. Once he found out no one wanted him spouting off he left and I did feel bad because of my actions but I couldn't walk away because when I did try he followed me and called me a baby killer. If I had to do it all over again I would because these kids have a lack of respect for everyone. I know someday they will grow up but I just hope it;s not to late.

Thinking about this...1st this guy can't be Canadian, boats and racing in Canada is a life style so I can't put him in their class ( I am eliminating him from this conversation). Canada is joint sanctioned with APBA. The Canadians are the nicest people you will meet. Going to race in Valleyfield, Quebec in July year after year was a highlight in my life. These guys live and breath boats and water and race way into their 70's. They put on the best boat races you will ever go to in your life, and the parties are incredible. They shut down the whole town for the weekend and there are thousands and thousands of people who come to see a race. It is the coolest event you can ever attend. Here is a vid that I saw that is pretty neat to show their love of the sport. There are people that I recognize in the water like Veri Cheri JS 99 who was driven by Dave Greenlaw and Tom Pakradooni...Duff Daily running John Brinton's 997, and Tom Richmond, I think I also see a Grand Prix named Freedom which Ken Brodi has or had he sold Phil his 1st flatbottom just not sure if it is Sr. or Jr. but they had the original Freedom. I just looked and it is Sr. with his wife Audrey they took the National Championship in 2002. This just shows the love of the sport of fast boats in Canada....someday I will put some of my videos together which are kinda neat also, I used to get into the main stands to record where the photographers were, I had a way to get in and it worked every year. This sport is in my BLOOD...I guess Phil rubbed off on me, I love it but not without Phil.

No it's not the same vid, I didn't want to waste anymore time with the guy from the 1st post, he is an insult to Canadians so I deleted him from my memory and showed a different vid.

I am glad that someone was smart enough to remove Wadebucks (or whatever the heck his name was) comments about power boaters off of the you-tube video, they are all gone....
Maybe YouTube has administrators watching these things or Wadebuck smartened up and realized his remarks but I doubt that...thanks to all of my S&F friends who were behind me....you guys are greattttttttttttttt!!!!!!!!
