I think it's a Panther but most of the other panthers I see don't look like this. I have asked if the boat is still for sale and some more pictures.

Does anyone know about these boats? Seems like a good price. May be a good way to spend a check I have coming in.....

The price on that seems almost too good to be true. It is priced very very low even with todays market. I would be skeptical on it but hey could just be a smoking deal. I feel like he is leaving out some details such as trashed interior, blown motor or something of the sort to make it that cheap but just call me pessimistic. If it all checks out good though I would jump on it because it is a great deal.

I bought one 4 years ago with twin outboards for $9500. It wasn't a beauty but the economy was much better then.
I'd certainly look at it closely, especially anything that looks freshly painted. Get the stethescope style mechanics tool and listen to the outdrives while they are spinning on land. Check the oil in the outdrives after you run it. I know its cold up there, but it would be best if you could put it in the water and take it for a drive. It's a hell of a boat for the money.
