Complete motor or power head? Either way I'd give www.freightquote.com a shot at bidding your freight from zip code to zip code BUT its allot cheaper to take the crated part to a freight hub and have the finial destination to a HUB not delivered to a residents or a shop. Also tell them it is PARTS not a used engine. The rates can go through the roof when the part has ran a hydrocarbon ( fuel /oil ) ran trough it.

Shipped 4 power heads to Europe last year and they needed them back cat quick ( air freight ) the shipper asked if the engine had been ran ( ya can't fib cause they have machines that sniff out hydrocarbon ) I said yes it cost the customer another $5000 to have MY crates vaccum sealed and certified by some gov agency...Before they could ship.. If its going vis truck OR boat it doesn't matter about the hydrocarbon footprint...

Good luck to ya,
Jay

Find a local friend with access to a dock, forklift and a freight shipping account. This applies to both ship and receive points.

I did and got a Rude V8 from Vegas to Detroit for $260 back when fuel was almost $5.00/gallon.
