unreal....its not like it was a frigate and a small skiff those were two big boats who should have been able to easily manouver around eachother

What's right of way got to do with it when your on a Crash Coarse . No one has the right to cause an accident regardless of right of way . That was just plain stupidity at it's finest . I noticed they where not yelling in english . Not sure what that was they where speaking . If I had to geuss , there where some pretty serious injuries in the wheel house of the smaller boat , if there was even anyone in there at all .

Being a yacht Captain I have to say thats just stupidity! Even though the smaller boat technicly had right of way, he should have taken action in time to move out of the way, So like someone said in an earlier post, They are both wrong. Problem is you dont need a license to drive a boat just the money to buy one.

Yes the camera boat should have given way, But when it was clear he wasnt, the party boat is required to deviate from the rules and do whatever it takes to avoid the collision.

I was thinkin the same exact thing flipped on autopilot and
