Let's vote on whether we think DiecastiC would be better off not participating on this board. This of course is not official, just an opinion poll.
If your not sure how to vote, read his Post under General, called "whoa", and form your own opinions.
BTW, my name is Greg Cyranoski, ph 877 713-3223 toll free. Just so I ain't seen as hiding behind a screen name.

Having done some stupid **** myself I think we shouldn't be too quick to jump to opions about this guy....
Alot of time the farther we get away from an incident the worse it sounds...
Yes he did loose control and hit something... but how many of us have lost it and then just got lucky....
Not sure I would be proud of it and would hope he learned a little from it.
Lets give him some space to see how he fits...

Liqui-Fry: I'm from Rockford, Michigan, you can see my house from the highway, honk as you go by, or better yet, stop on the shoulder of the road and jump the fence if you need a pee stop...
Howie: You're a nice guy...believe me, I've done some stupid stuff, and I was told you should make an a$$ out of yourself at least once a week, to help keep from getting too full of yourself, my wife thinks I do it once a day...I don't fault the guy for making a mistake, it's the attitude, and the responses he's given to people who are trying to help him or understand what the circumstances were. He seems proud to have crashed, and survived to gloat about it. I can't understand how his boat was chine walking at 25mph, let alone at night, near shore, near the police, knowing there was an old boat in the area being used as a Breakwater. Too strange for me, and the responses he gave.
If the guy's just kidding, and wants to jerk chains, and trash talk, that's OK, we do it all the time, but it's tongue-in-cheek, and everyone knows it foolin around, that's all. I actually thought he was kidding (still do), but it doesn't mean I think he's a liar, just a kidder.
This poll is just for fun, but I hope he gets the point anyway.
Thanks
Greg

I don't think anyone should vote someone off for something like this unless you've talked to them. This posting on a screen leaves whole lot in the way of communication.
If what he did is a bad form of boating then not only is the USCG at fault but so are the county sherrifs and me. And whole lot of other people who boat on Lake Ontario. I don't know what you think boating at night should be like but I don't see anything wrong with it.
Hell I've almost run into the pier. The only way you can see it is by its eclipsing back ground lights( and be aware this is what is happening!). Whenever it does get hit ( got hit a couple weeks ago) they check to see if the driver was drunk. If not then the investigation stops. Maybe the fact the boardwalk lights were shut off has something to do with it?
I vote "none of the above".

I don't try to jump to conclusions........however dumb **** like that is what gives the jet-skiers bad names. I would not want to see performance boaters get a bad name from people with little to no sence. You have to know your rig before pounding on it. Come-on guys safty first, learn your water and your boat, keep it safe and fun for all of us.

Greg, if you woulda said it like that in the post, i wouldn't have got the attitude, and can you please explain to me WHEN i said i was going 25mph??? if you think im kidding than its ok, u didnt witness the crash, and u didnt see wat my boat looks like, but why did u say i got a screw loose??? you basically said either i'm blowin smoke up yo asses or im lyin-- thats a perfectly good reason for me to get pissed off... any way have a good time with the pol:D i voted 'not worth a vote':D
