Give Rick at A&A Fiberglass a call at 864-944-5040. He is the best you will find he is located near Clemson, SC. My Bullet is in his shop right now getting the bottom refinished and blueprinted. He has a vast amount of experience with fiberglass repair in boats and his finish work is great. He even has experience doing fiberglass work on caopy systems for race hulls. He is that dang good...

I am going to glass over the splashwell and run some knees all the way to the top, it is on an old SleekCraft 17 foot I have painted them before but I never can get paint to hold up any longer than a couple of years. It always chips. I want something that will stick and i do not have to worry about. I replaced the transom and the floor in it this year and would like to have it refinished over the winter. I am still in progress with it but since Brian sold his boat I went ahead and got it so we could use it for the rest of the summer even though I am still tinkering with it. Just want someone to fix all the little nicks and such, and spray it. White with a 2 1/2" Red stripe down the bow like original. Jay J were you the one there yesterday we were talking to right after everyone left the sand bar at Van's pontoon boat? I was the Blonde haired guy with Brian Hughes.

If you can fiberglass the splashwell and you can spray paint then you can do the gel.Gelcoat is thicker and will cover blemishes better than paint you will just have to dry and wet sand the gel to knock the orangepeel down.I've done several complete external regel's with color change.e-mail if ya need to know anything, I'll help if I can.Lonnie:cool:
