hi there i was wondering if anyone had info i have a stocker 200hp efi xri with reeds, bobs tuner, and hp exhaust divider plate, i have a 225 hp promax ecu will i see any gains by changing the ecu cheers all

The 225 ProMax ECU will supply too much fuel for your 200 EFI. You'll actually lose RPM with that swap.

thanx tony so what would be the best way around this would u suggest lifting exhaust ports as i have the engine apart at the moment so it would be the best time to sort it out any info much appreciated also i am about to cc heads to get approx 145 psi and going to use the 1mm head gaskets cheers kev

I tried a A5 200 HP Promax box on a stock 175 XRI 2.5 liter and gained 6 MPH. I was really surprised. I have one for sale at $450 Canadian. - Les
