there are alot of boaters on from east tn. I am north east of knoxville. i am running a Allison xb2002 260 there are a few of us that go to cherokee lake on sundays near the dam.

cool! I have not been to Cherokee sence I was a kid. My pawpaw use to take me fishing down there. I'm from bristol. I don't know anything about Allison's exsept they are all very fast, is that a fishing boat? where do you unload at? And how do you get there?

we usually launch at cherokee dam and run down there if there isn't to many wave makers out. and most of the time we just get out for a short period of time starting a daylight and running until 9 am and soon after the croud comes out and the water is to ruff. ram4fun what kind of boat do you have?

I have a 1986 baja sunsport with a 120 omc not the fastest or nicest boat but it was cheap and came with a new powerhead. at speed 2
