280 clamp bracket/swivel?

is there bushings inside the clamp bracket /swivel where the tilt tube slides through?running the boat in some medium chop water and noticed the engine bounce.doesnt do it in calm to small chop water.i grabbed the motor and lift up on it and saw some up and down play on the clamp .

Yes the is a bushing at the top and bottom .

thanks johnnyracer .pulled the seastar tube out of the tilt tube and found the tilt tube nut loose.is this nut a 1 7/16?
