Thanks, I am going to make another with a chopped deck and downsized capsule with a couple other shape changes for another test hull.

The price has not been set because she Is still In the testing stage. Doing killer so far.

I will coat the seam with gel coat for extra. Kinda pricey though...

I will start a list soon

I am going to get with Greg for a supporting vendor status In the next day or so.

any news on a gas O/B hull?

I have been waiting to get the rights to this mid section for the specs so, I can design around It. I will be making the new center sections out of CF.

Derrick...what ever became of this engine? I appreciate all you are doing to keep the scale factor in model boating. I would love to have a scale STV/Mirage with a gas engine...

I am just now getting around to making a mold for CF mids and I can build a wood STV upon request. The gas OBs will be kinda pricey for the comple motor with jackplate. The wood hull takes a bit of time and costly materials also.
The only reason I do not have a mold for each Is another project heat racing cat that Is the 2nd gen of the cat on this thread but, It Is totally redesigned. The plans are being put on a cad file now for cnc wood kits to be made for testing.
The OB project Is the next one on the plate.

I got the first laser kit and then I had to make clearance changes for the slots. Now I am waiting on a couple of CNC cut kits to arrive. FINALLY... I have had my share of dealing with cad guys untill now. This Is a really good person to deal with.
Anyway as soon as I get the kits, they will be built and sent out for testing.
Hope to get one your way soon,

Old style would be fine, what kind of motor? I'm going to need a boat too, the way the law is here it will be the only one I can use!

cool cant wait. I have hardware sittin here waiting, just waiting on my custom SAW blades (.080" stainless)...and the hull of course lol.

Hopefully be able to have it and my sprint dialed in and ready by the first SAW trials in Hunstville next year to try tackling the LS27 Cat record (cant just let Wally be the only one going for it :D

I am thinking of getting the drawing scaled down for a shorter version. The one now Is 44" but, most of that length Is thin sponson tips.

Stealth, any word on the cowls? Do you still make these? I have a K&B .82 o/b I would like to find a cowl for. Would this work?
