alternate fuels

Just saw Bombardier has a contract with the Military to build outboards using alternat fuels. The military want everything they have to run on one fuel. right now Bombardier has a V-6 running on jet fuel JP 5 and JP8 Pretty neat They want to develop the Direct injection technoligy to be used for commercial use in countries that don't have good supply of Gasoline but have diesel or other fuel available. Boy the four stroke car motor boys are gonna sh*t when you start you outboard and it smells like jet fuel!!:D

I reckon that sounds like a great idea...I wonder if the fuel helps with lubricating? I'm sure they'd need to add soem oil, but you'd think those fuels would do a lot of lubricating, especially under light loads.
I'd love an outboard that smelt like Jet A-1...can I get one with reheat?!
