Last few times i went to use the boat ive had trouble starting it. Its a 2.4 mercury. Seems like more of a spark issue then gas. Then once i finally got it started it was running rough down low but fine up top. (i had to try cranking it so many times it almost killed my battery and started on the last try). Anybody have any suggestions of how i can figure out what the problem is?
