I have a 1987 21' Velocity that I just put a Mercury 99' 225 Pro Max with a 24P Trophy Prop and the RPMs are only 5500 and speed is 60MPH. I set the motor shaft 1" below the pad. I was wondering if I should lower the motor or raise it. I do not think I am getting up on the pad. Any help would be appreciated :) John
