When Ted Miller died early this year, someone said that all of his stuff would eventually be for sale. Haven't heard any more. His 20' Wing was the last surviving brand new Wing, supposedly never been in the water. Who knows what happened to it?

There was a quiet private sale and most of his stuff was picked up by a collector in Ohio. I am so sick of this stuff disappearing into various "caves".. never to be seen or enjoyed by true fans again. I hope this is not the case here.

Someone I know sent me some pics of the boat at it's new home in Ohio. I am lead to believe that the guy that has it might let it come out and play someday!

Which brings me to another question. Historically which is more desirable, a wing with no racing history such as the one in this thread, or a restored wing with a rich history?

Which would you guys prefer?

The latter.....I think.

Definitely something with a pedigree ... which would you rather have ... an unused regular customer F-1 V-8 or Bud Davie's 176+ record holder motor? An Appllo mock up capsule or one that went to the moon?
