cedar is only available to babylon residents on holiday weekends. if you have a tanner launch sticker then come friday morning. anyone who stayed last weekend has to be out by 11:30 friday morning. I heard there is few who are leaving. your best bet is drop a passenger on the dock and see who is gonna pull out and just float in the marina and wait. its freeking nuts over there sometimes trying to get a slip but thats what it takes.
