Not sure exactly which part you need but it's available as a cylinder to engine connection kit. Comes with bolts and hardware. Any Seastar dealer should be able to get it. We have one used but near new one I believe. New is a shade over $150.00 retail.

You may be able to find it on their website.

If you are talking about the center bolt that connects the steering, it is part# 10-849838

part# for lock nut is 11-826709113

Exactly , dont bolt something to the front of the tiller arm , get the proper cyl and hardware , think its an HC 5435 or 5345 , not at the shop now , And RED LOCTITE the ARP BOLT and then attach the bottom locknut being careful not to overtighten which would in effect loosen the main bolt .

I had to run a tap through both of my tiller arms to clean them up before running the new bolt through them to connect the steering.

Not sure if you ran the motor in fresh water or salt. Just rigged mine up and both motors had been run in salt water and sat for a bit. Hence needing the tap to clean up the threads.
