Meguires #16

Do any of you pro's know anything about this product? I heard some really good stuff and have always been pleased with meguires products, but I have nver used #16. I ran into a guy who has a few cans of this that he is selling. It is no longer available in the US and just wondering if anyone WHO HAS USED IT has any pros/cons about it.
