Need opinion on 1988 20FT Seaway Center Console

Looking for a fishing boat, but we don't want to spend a boat load of money. Found this Seaway C/C, seemed like a solid boat. Engine has real good compression. Comes with Simtex Fish Finder, Garmin Chart Plotter GPS, AM/FM CD Player, t-top. Also has a trailer. Boat in great shape for a '88. Has anybody heard or seen these boats? What did you think? Also what would you think something like this would be worth? Thanks, Chuck

Never heard of the boat, but basically you want to look for the obvious. Check the transom for softness, the hull for delam and the electrical system for integrity. Look for cracks around the transom and air void blow-outs on the hull. The sounder is a POS, but the rest sounds good.
