On the top of the block, just behind the flywheel is a pipe threaded hole. It might have a line in it, or just a plug. Anyway, that's where you hook up the pressure gauge.
120 PSI or so.
Don't know about the serial number except the second character in the number is a G, not a 6. It's probably about the same as the boat.

Im Getting Jack Plate To Bring The Motor Up A Little .so 120 Is Good Pressure And You Dont What To Get Below That Is That Correct

We have found that cylinder pressure gauges, procedures, elevation, even cranking battery conditions vary so much that giving a hard number can be counterproductive.
The main thing is, that ballpark for pressure, and even compression (within 10 lbs) is what you want to see.
Quickest power mod on that engine is to cut the heads for 150 lbs compression, and run 93 octane gas.
When you jack it up, keep a close eye on your water pressure. Also, a 3 blade prop surfacing on that engine will likely put the pinion out the side in a short time. If you keep it submersed, it'll be fine. Without low water pickup water pressure tends to tank when you get that high anyway.
