Proping a late 60's in-line 6

Quick question for you Merc in-line 6 techs. We have a late 60's 100 HP in-line 6 Merc that we are getting ready to prop. I heard these older in-line 6's like a bit lower RPM at WOT.

Anyone have a good number to shoot for? Maybe 5,200-5,400?
