My tack quite working and i dont think the batery is charging. Could this be the rectifer or regulator.

How do you determan which one is bad.Or do i buy the cheaper parts first and then have spares.

Help i dont even know wher the regulator is. I need a manual for a 200 mercury. I know dirt bikes trying to learn boats.
