Can anyone tell me what pressure I need to use to do a leakdown test.
Many thanks

Use 100 PSI as that is the easiest to calculate. If you have the proper leakdown tester you will have two gauges, the one that reads the input pressure ( 100PSI) and the second gauge will read the pressure that is in the gauge. So if you have 100 PSI going into the first gauge and the second gauge reads 97PSI you have three percent leakdown.
