I would like to know which is better for my application, 1.7 or 2.0 helm. I have a Hydrostream Vking with a motor equivalent to a 260 running speeds of 95 mph plus on gps. Right now I have a Pro Sport tilt 1.7 helm and was wondering if a 2.0 would be better.

It will give you a little more response and fewer turns lock to lock. They also make a 2.4 which would be even quicker.

Faster the better I would say. But you have to realize that a quicker helm will take more effort.

I use a 2.1 on my lil laser...Anythang quicker will actually hinder hand'lin, IMO....But, I quess if ya git a quicker helm, and git used to it, then it will be tha one U need!!
