what bleed line are you referring about??? the ones i know give oil the upper and lower main bearings. the vertical one.. the others lube the middle bearings..... can't see not having them... atleast on a 260 style efi....
on the carb engines were different.....
are you talking about laser or a promax efi????

anybody know what im talking about. they are on the side of the engine where the oil tank would be and go from the intake area to the cylinders. i see simon blocked all of them off except for the ones that feed oil to the upper and lower bearings.

I know of the lines you speak.
Have no Idea why they would be blocked off. If I remember correctly the lines scavenge excess fuel/oil in the crankcase and recycle it to the fuel/oil mixer.
When I did all the work to my motor I made sure that even with my new intake I ran the lines like the factory had them.
Might want to call Simon and ask him.

i dont know what your talking about, my simon motor has bleed lines( although there are not any on the port side of the motor). he did mention something to me about changing them from the stock fishing motor configuration to the x style.

i think that pic has more lines than mine does even though it appears to be my motor. the hose that is circled in red just hangs down next to the vst on mine(i believe it is just a vent so that fuel can come back to the vst) and im not sure what you mean in the white circle. isnt that the fuel return line from the fuel rail to the vst? i will try and take some pics later if you want.

Im Not Sure What It Does. My Motor Had Them Originally(before Simon) But Now It Only Has Them On The Starboard Side Of The Motor.

My Simon motor has the same lines, except I still have the stock oil injection and the Simon Intake. The white circle shows the filter that needs to be checked to see if it's full of crap. It is a little known screen. Eric sent this to those that have his motor. Call him, and he can explain the set up of the bleed lines. I know a feew of mine have come off a few times and kinda jacked up the paint where the fuel mix came in contact with it... Either way you can't go wrong with a Simon Motor:thumbsup:
