Thanks guys. Lake St. Clair is a pretty cool spot. It is connected to Lake Erie by the detroit river and Lake Huron by the St. Clair River. All sorts of fun channels to run More lake then you could ever need, lots of fun party spots, it's a good time.

Whats cool about it is there's water for all different kinds of boats, big and small, cruiser or jet and so on. Also your not driving in circles and no speed limit unless posted no wake areas. A lot of sites to see also. for the fast outboards the flats is the best!

I can't imagine trying to get back to the launch in your hydrostream though....even small parts of the lake to get back to the launch will beat you up....

Of course if you launch in the channels or really know your way around I guess there are short cuts I dont know about.

I launch in Fairhaven Usually calm there in the bay. The Viking does quite well if you drive it right in rough stuff. Theres alwys more than one way to get somewere in that lake. I went to Kindergarden in Algonac so I kinda know the area. In the pics I can tell where you were like Deckers Landing, Browns and all that. Alot of people that arn't to far away should check it out!

Yup, we launched at Selfridge, ran to Jacks, then to browns, then up the middle to deckers and then back acrossed anchor bay.

Last weekend we went and anchored in the moot for the entire day, then cruised down to jacks for dinner and back to selfridge. It gets bumpy in my boat, I could only imagine in a small hydrostream (my brother has a valero).

I love it out there.

Yea, it can get whooped up out in the middle there. I stay away from places like metro and all that stuff down that way. I usually take all the shortcuts to go to the moot or gull or cruise the channels. Put it on the pad and run in 2' of water. Kinda gotta know where your at though. Better this year, waters up some
