Water pressure gauge/sensor Merc 250 EFI

Does the stock 1999 merc 250 EFI have a water pressure sensor, and if not, where would be a good place to put the sensor?

I ran a mechanical gage, but the line is screwed into a port in the back of the motor next to the pisser.
