Only half of the dummy merc Is In the pic but, I have a mold made of It also... I can make It turn with the rudder and spit water while moving.

This Is the first boat from the new mold and I will be testing a couple differant set ups maybe next week( all electric Inboard power cuz It hauls the mail!)

I am about to become a supporting vendor here at S@F before I start selling hulls. I have talked to greg about It.

If you want one you need to get with me because I do not have a whole lot of time to build and It takes alot of work to get them where I like'em...

I'll bet your gonna need to send one of those in yellow/white to Raceman......lol
Looks like his former rig......it's hot.
Keep us in the loop when you start to produce and what it would cost.
Congrats!

The reason I have not sold any Is because once again I could not leave It alone and made some changes to the plug. Lower freeboard and a differant angle to the bottom running surface of the sponsons. It's looking alot better In my eyes.

The first and only boat of the clam shell mold runs great/turns good on a mild set up. It can do better with more testing and set up time... I have not put any real power to the glass hull yet. No time!

I have not coated the new plug yet but, when I do I will post a pic. Maybe I will post one anyway...

I realize you are probably trying to keep it scale (and maybe legal for modvp or whatever) but have you thought about putting steps in the sponsons? How wide is the opening?

I have actually but, she airs out nicely and I believe that sponsons without steps turn better. IMHO as I know It.

The tunnel Is 2 1/4" on each side of the pod and 5 7/8" total with the pod

That is sweet! Wonder how fast it would be with a brushless ele. motor.

Thanks. The new larger (only 4")hull I am build as a plug Is going to be alot better all around boat. Lower profile, better turning and better angles on the bottom.

I can build you a wood epoxy coated hull at any size. I would recomend 45 to 50" It's not the cheapest thing to do and the OB Is quite pricey also but, you will really have something. I will be making the Carbon fiber mid very soon. E-mail me If you are serious about a wood build and we can talk pricing.
