02 200 3.0l Optimax Hp

Anyone know the Actual HP of a 02 200 3.0L Optimax. I already know it could be plus/minus 10% but what i'm trying to do is narrow down the difference in HP compared to my old 1987 2.0L XR2 175.

Example X - 165 = Y Hp

Any Help would be great.

i've had a 200 carb, 200 efi , 200opti 2.5 200xs and have not seen enough difference in hp to really matter[ all on the same boat]. the 3.0 will give you a better hole shot but how much i really dont know.

I have heard they have 222 hp on the 200 and the 225 has 247 hp. Now i only heard that from a mercury boat dealer. :confused:
