Will a 2.5 power head fit on a 82 2 liter motor

Just thinking, will a 2.5 efi bolt up to my 82 2 liter mid and lower unit?

can I use the same electrical harness?

Yes U kan, and the harness iz the same except for the efi part, which will be missing on the 2liter carb mota...

Harness will vary depending on whether the mota haz a 16 amp(actually 9) or a 40 amp(which iz best for efi on river)...

thank's for the reply T rex, I would like to mount a new xs power head to this old bird, because parts are differcult to find.

This is a bit off topic, but do you know where I can find a trim sensor and a trim limit switch (old style) for a single ram mid section.
