96 225 EfI Prop shaft removal

Do I need to remove the dive shaft and shift shaft before the prop shaft will pull out?

once you have the d-shaft and pinion out, tilt the shaft to the port side of the case and pull propshaft and gear assy out. do'nt need to remove shift shaft, hope this helps

2.5 motors need the shift shaft out and the 3.0 motors leave it in
