Help: problem with trim merc 150

I been having problems with my trim, If I'm at maximun trim(up) I can trim down. If I then try to trim up, it will not. If I trim to 1/4 from the minimun I can trim all the way up. It's as if the there is a threshold, where onces it's exceeded i can trim up, but not repeatedly. Only after I trim down to 1/4
will the up trim operate.

The tilt works properly.

It's weird.
btw, does someone have a trim limit switch they would like to sell?
I could use two. this is for a single ram mid

mine acted funny like that..found the trim button/switch had some corosion.

My bass bote came with the standard trim switches, and one in the motor well, and one on the fore deck. All were wired with 3m IDC connectors, and had corroded.

It was squirrelly as hell till I just ripped all those splices out and soldered them like they should be.

I wish that was the problem, it look's like I need a new limit switch
and trim indicator
