engine alarms

I am having a problem with the enging alarms , i have 2 one for each engine. they wont shut off and the gauges are showing good oil and temp?

they are merc alarms, and I cant find any thing on them anywhere...

what are the motors every time i her that noise it usely ant good the newer motor have beep codes that tell you what up.:cheers:
