2,4,6 are lazy.
checked all grounds.
getting spark.
spark will jump a 1/2" at idle.
all injectors are firing.
pryos are reading about 100* lower on 2,4,6 side.
4 to 8000 pyros are reading normal. within 10*
it goes away about 3000 rpm's, and hauls the mail.
i slight hessitation out of the hole.
moving the timing doesn't seem to help it..
battery is fine.
vaccum line to pcu is clear.
checked flywheel magnets.
changed plugs around no change.
switched pyro leads stays low on 2,4,6.

disconnect 2 & 6 pyro temp doesn't change at idle about 270*
other side is 400.

could it be a weak switch box, or a weak stator????????
WTF
this is driving me nuts!!!!

help me or shoot me!!

I'd bet money that you find a slightly retarded timing on the even side of the motor and that once rpm increases to 3000 there is enough load on the motor to forgive the difference.

We're talking maybe only a half to one degree, the engines even and odd sides are not in sync and the leading side is carrying the load which causes the difference in exhaust temp.

If it was a carbed motor you could measure intake vacuum with a sync stick and see the difference, perhaps adjust it with idle air on individual cyl's, EFI not gonna happen. It could be a half degree bore shift when your block was originally cast and bored.

I used to sync the old Jimmy 2 stroke diesels using a pyro, it sure woke them up and my air box drains didn't piddle much at all.

The one side is always week on idle because of crank rotation. Are you running resistor plugs. If not, that is probably why its missing.

no resister plugs!!!!!!! i have the pcu from brucato. didn't think you had too. never had a problem before......

running buhw cheap as plugs..... always has idled great before.....

timing doesn't clear it up!!!!!!!!! even at 10* at an idle. doesn't sound crisp!!!

thanks guys,
