I just bought a 19 liberator w/ merc xr-2 200 the motor is like brand new only about 10 hours. The boat was not used last summer the fuel in the tank is more then a year old w/ stabilizer in it. Should I use the fuel? I would hate to waste all that fuel. If not what could happen? Thank's for any info

Use it in your lawnmower. Not worth taking a chance.

I took the old fuel out of my little bowrider(3 years old)Put it in my neighbors 2004 Dodge with a Hemi and he claims it ran fine?I dont know,I would not run the old fuel in a 2 stroke outboard, just my opinion.
David
Put it in something that has low compression, adjusts its timing to compensate for low octane, or in someone's Prius - they'll be so proud of their unexpected fuel mileage they'll fart loudly in public.

Pour it around the fence line , IMO the only thing old gas is good for is weed control....

How much fuel are you talking about? I wouldn't run it in my outboard if I was you. Sell it to someone for $1.00 a gallon and get some fresh fuel in your tank.
