Topless question

Here in NY there is a law that makes it legal for women to go out in public topless if they want, same as a guy, which started the thing. Equal rights.

Any other states have this or is it illegal?

My wife and I often eat at a restaraunt that is beside Dan Agnew's shop. There is a sign on the door that says "No shirt, No shoes, No Service. They apply this across the board, so women can not come in with swim suit tops. Really cuts down on the scenery. Thanks a lot, Phil Donahue!:mad:
