will it be a short course with tight turns or an offshore long course with long sweeping turns? What type of boat will you be using and how heavy is it?

Your WOT fuel consumption should be about 22-25 gallons per hour or about 88-100 liters/hr. In 45 minutes you should use no more than 75 liters, so your OK. Good luck!
